Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using PetGarden you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. The Service

PetGarden provides digital pet memorial gardens. You can create a memorial, share it with friends and family, and receive anniversary reminders. Paid tiers unlock additional features.

3. Payments

• All payments are one-time and non-refundable unless required by law
• Tier upgrades are permanent — you keep your tier for the lifetime of the memorial
• Flower and toy placements (€1 each) are non-refundable once placed
• Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and text you upload. By uploading content you grant PetGarden a licence to display it as part of the memorial. You must only upload content you own or have the right to use.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use PetGarden to:

• Post offensive, hateful, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or create fake memorials
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep PetGarden available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

PetGarden is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
